Common questions
What is your minimum order?
For catalogue products it is usually one mixed 20ft container, but we can talk about a smaller first order. For sourcing requests, the minimum order you give us decides whether a factory search is worth it.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Samples of catalogue products can usually go by courier. The buyer normally pays the courier, and we can credit it against your first order.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Bank transfer (deposit, then balance against documents), letters of credit at sight, and cash against documents for customers we already know.
Can you put our brand on the products?
For many products, yes: your logo, colours or packaging, from a minimum quantity. Ask us about the specific products.
How long does an order take?
Usually 3–6 weeks after order confirmation and deposit for catalogue products, depending on quantity and season. For sourced products it depends on the factory.
Can I mix products in one container?
Yes, most of our customers do. Use the CBM calculator to plan the load and we confirm the final loading plan.
How do you check quality?
We check the goods before loading. If you want an independent third-party inspection, we arrange it and you get the report before shipment.
Are the HS codes on the website final?
No. We show the six-digit international code as a guide. Your country's customs decide the final tariff code, so please check with your broker.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
Usually FOB, or CFR/CIF to your port. EXW, DAP and DDP on request.
What if the product I need isn't listed?
Send a sourcing request with the specifications and your minimum order. Many products are made in Egypt, and we will tell you if we can't find a good supplier.
